When determining the cost for legal services, a key aspect is the amount of work involved. In cases where significant involvement of other parties is not anticipated (such as drafting contracts between close individuals, establishing a company, or selling real estate with pre-agreed terms), it is possible to accurately estimate the time commitment and the corresponding fee before commencing the work. In situations where precise time requirements cannot be determined, such as in legal disputes, I will do my best to provide the most accurate estimate for each possible scenario and inform you of factors that may impact the final scope of services. <\/p>

When determining the cost, I strive to be entirely transparent. However, please consider that in many cases, it may not be possible to precisely determine the price in advance, as unexpected issues may arise during the course of working on your case. In the event of such circumstances, I will, of course, promptly inform you of possible impacts on the estimated scope of legal services, allowing us to adjust the agreed-upon approach to your satisfaction if needed.<\/p>

Unless we agree on a different method, the cost for legal services will be based on the amount of work performed on the specific case. The amount of work is measured in hours, and shorter tasks are grouped together, so you won't be charged a full hourly rate for a fifteen-minute task. You will be regularly informed about the amount of work performed.<\/p>

The hourly rate will typically be set in the range of CZK 2.500 to CZK 3.500, taking into consideration the complexity of the specific case and the scope of the provided legal services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For cases that we will be working on over an extended period, I will regularly provide you with monthly reports on the amount of work performed, and upon approval of the scope, issue invoices accordingly.<\/p>

In certain situations, especially for one-time cases, upon approval of the fee, an advance invoice may be issued for the agreed-upon amount. Legal services will commence only after the payment of this advance invoice.<\/p>
